CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
POSING/ STAGE PRESENCE Prepare for your
figure or fitness show with posing and stage presentation techniques
for every federation. Cathy and the CSF staff will help you discover
your own style and technique to make you shine onstage. Posing and Stage
walk/presentation will be covered in all classes along with postural
evaluation.
PHYSIQUE CRITIQUE Join Cathy in her
studio, or online for her "signature" posing style and methods,
for all federations, that will get you STAGE-READY! We have adapted
a specific formula through not only our years of experience, but through
our knowledge of how proper body mechanics is the key to presentation
success. If you do not understand the fundamentals of yoga, you can
not relate to proper body mechanics for posing. We have found this to
be our unique secret ingredient for helping you understand the mind-body
connection of posing. To check out this original, one of a kind class,

Classes are limited to 5 people and meet twice per week for 8 weeks
for a total of 16 sessions. Online sessions are private and run for
8 weeks (twice a week for a total of 16 sessions).
EMPOWER Empower morning classes are
designed to motivate and inspire members while stimulating their
physiques to the core. Participants will witness their physiques
transforming with the progression of each class. This invigorating program
allows members to work at their own pace but challenges them
to the next level of fitness. Members have the choice to participate
in the Empower total program which includes weekly check-ins with a
CSF trainer for nutrition support, guidance and motivation.
YOGA Yoga is a challenging and flowing experience that
heals, detoxifies and electrifies body and mind at their deepest levels.
It will bring you into your body giving you the body awareness and skills
to perform better, pose better and be fully present. All levels
welcome to this amazing experience led by Baptiste instructor, Paula
Harvey.
SAVAGE STRENGTH Similar to the Empower
class but with emphasis on the needs of fitness and figure
athletes.
DANCE - HIP-HOP FUSION This class is
an open jazz-funk based class, including a wide range of styles. It
involved strengthening basic jazz technique, while focusing on jazz-funk,
rock, alternative, commercial, latin and pop. This class is very diverse
and extremely athletic. Bring your kneepads! Get a great workout and
find your groove
DANCEFIT-a combination of dance, flexibility
and strength moves for anyone who aspires to compete in a fitness routine
category. This class is for beginners as well as veterans. Jen and Cathy
will guide you through the process of all aspects of routine preparation!
You dont need to be a gymnast, dancer or cheerleader to perform a fitness
routine! For all you figure girls out there, we know you want to compete
in fitness- here is your chance to not only prepare, but to have a great
deal of fun!
