SAVAGE SUMMER BLAST
CAMP SAVAGE CHICAGO and CAMP SAVAGE BOSTON
were back to back success stories for so many new Savage Girls as
well as the veteran team members. Thanks to all the wonderful women
who transformed into fitness athletes while they sweat, laughed, cried
and became an empowered unit. If you missed camp, you can join in

Savage Sister Sherry Powell's physical
transformation speaks for itself when you look at the pictures above.
However, in true Team Savage fashion, this transformation goes so
further beyond the stage and the results. Sherry came to a model
seminar this past Spring, after joining our team in February 2008.
She actually laughed when I suggested she get ready for the Fitness
Universe but Sherry possessed an inner drive and faith that would
bring her to the level of not only being on stage in a big event
but participating in a photo shoot and feelng like a rock star!
Her character and her ideals are what makes Sherry a champion in
our hearts. Here are some of Sherry's thoughts:

The 10th anniversary Fitness Universe
Pageant in Miami highlighted some of the most beautiful stars in
the industry including Savage Girls Kelly Schrek, Annette Perry
and Seanna Metzger. Kelly won the overall title with Annette and
Seanna winning the other classes. Savage Girls dominated the top
ten in multiple divisions. We will have a gallery updated soon so
you can enjoy all the beautiful team members, including the Savage

SAVAGE SUMMER-SIGN UP NOW!

CAMP SAVAGE BOSTON is taking
place July 25th-27th and you don't want to miss it! Whether you have
made the decision to compete, or you are even thinking about it, your
experience at CAMP SAVAGE will help you get there! From nutrition
to training, to suit selection and stage presentation, from breaking
into the industry to competing on a budget, this camp covers every
aspect of the preparation process. You may be show-ready or need to
lose 50 lbs- either way, this camp is for you! Through education,
empowerment and our coaching style, you will learn how to compete
successfully, You will also find that there are many girls out there,
just like you, who have wanted to compete, but didn't know where to
start! Our sisterhood of competitors will help you with each challenge
so that you can strive beyond any limitations that you once thought

COVERS FOR SAVAGE GIRL
LINDSAY MESSINA

What happens when you are so photogenic that magazine
editors can't decide which pictures to use? Well, you publish two
different versions of course. Savage sister and fitness superstar
Lindsay Messina is now being called "Miss EVERYTHING" as
she has dominated the fitness model and bikini world for the past
few years and now she is a rising fitness star and the one to "watch"
in the routine round at the upcoming Fitness Universe show in Miami.
Her bubbly personality and her "goofy" antics are what makes
this gorgeous cover girl so special. Lindsay has been seen on national
advertisements for Under Armour, Runners World, Shape, Oxygen and
Muscle and Fitness Hers (with a 15 page spread in last month's issue).
Lindsay is an integral part of our model seminar staff and she also
serves as a member of our staff for Camp Savage events. Lindsay is
also our New York Savage Girl coach and is available for posing and

MEMORIES
Savage Girls dominated the Fitness Atlantic last week
with wins in multiple divisions, including a fitness sweep, figure
tall and medium, Model, Male Model and a bikini sweep.
Seanna Metzger (left) and Tara Merrow (right) both were successful
as Seanna captured the Bikini Tall and Classic class and Tara placed
2nd in her first Fitness America Figure show, taking the second slot
to Savage Girl Lori Harder who placed first. Tara also competed successfully
in Bikini. "I love Figure in this federation as they want muscle
but they want you to be feminine". Look for a full gallery of
pictures from the show coming soon including Kelly Schrek who won
the Bikini overall and incredibly tense fitness division, with 34
athletes vying for the title! We will be posting pictures of Kelly's
amazing performance soon! Watch for our Men's champ Jimmy Ibbison
was well as he took home to trophy for male model. For more information
